Duties

• Manage litigation matters from initial filing through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in court hearings, proceedings, and mediations.
• Participate in depositions and discovery activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues on litigation strategy and case management.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Interest in strategic problem solving.
• Clerkship experience is a plus but not required.
• Good standing within the legal community.
• Licensed in Wyoming or willingness to obtain licensure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Wyoming or eligibility for admission.
