A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney to join their office in Fort Myers, Florida. The successful candidate will manage pre-litigation work, guide clients through the case process, and oversee a team of Case Managers, focusing primarily on personal injury cases.

Duties

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily
• Complete Flip-to-Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation
• Manage the release approval process
• Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive
• Drive compliance and KPIs among the team
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
• 2+ years of premises or personal injury experience
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Education

• Law degree from an accredited institution

• Active membership with the FL State Bar Association
