Duties

• Conduct pre- and post-suit investigations and case analysis.

• Take and defend depositions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience.
• Experience in premises liability, motor vehicle, products liability, construction, and professional liability.
• Strong legal research and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with project management skills.
• Must be in good standing with the Florida State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) required.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
