Duties:
Handle commercial real estate transactions, including development, purchases, sales, leasing, and mortgage lending.
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements and contracts.
Advise clients on various real estate matters, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Manage multiple real estate transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Work collaboratively with internal teams on complex real estate issues.
Requirements:
4 to 6 years of commercial real estate law experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex real estate transactions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Strong academic credentials.
Certifications:
Must be licensed to practice law in Ohio or be willing to seek licensure.
Skills:
Expertise in commercial real estate development, purchases and sales, corporate real estate, leasing, and mortgage lending.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and contract review skills.
