Location:

Duties:

• Handle commercial real estate transactions, including development, purchases, sales, leasing, and mortgage lending.

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements and contracts.

• Advise clients on various real estate matters, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Manage multiple real estate transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams on complex real estate issues.

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of commercial real estate law experience.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex real estate transactions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Ohio or be willing to seek licensure.

Skills:

• Expertise in commercial real estate development, purchases and sales, corporate real estate, leasing, and mortgage lending.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and contract review skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple transactions.
