Duties

  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft memoranda to inform case strategy.
  • Prepare and respond to written discovery requests, including interrogatories and requests for production.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to resolve complex legal issues.
  • Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Prior litigation experience; judicial clerkship or one to three years preferred.
  • Exceptional research and writing abilities.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Admission to the Connecticut Bar or eligibility to obtain admission; New York Bar admission is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Connecticut Bar.
