Requirements

• Active license to practice law in any state.
• 2-4 years of business immigration experience.
• Hands-on experience with various NIV and IV petitions, including PERM.
• Commitment to excellence in legal work and client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications
