• Negotiate agreements and settle on clients' behalf when appropriate.
• Record and update case file statuses in the management system.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• 1-3 years of personal injury plaintiff or defense experience preferred.
• Must speak fluent English and Spanish.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage case files independently.
• Proficient in legal research and case management systems.
