• J.D. degree.
• Admitted to practice in Washington D.C.
• Direct and applicable experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm.

Skills:

• Comprehensive understanding of employee benefits and executive compensation law.
• Strong knowledge of tax issues associated with executive compensation.
• Experience with SEC disclosures related to executive compensation.
