The candidate should preferably have served as lead counsel on mergers and acquisitions, and private placement offerings. Must have substantial experience in corporate and commercial matters, including the development and implementation of startup and growth-stage company investments, as well as venture finance, partnerships and joint ventures, employment contracts, debt arrangements, and distribution and licensing agreements.
