Duties:

• Advise clients on estate planning options, including retirement, charitable donations, and insurance strategies.
• Draft, review, and finalize wills, trusts, and powers of attorney to ensure clients' wishes are accurately documented.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to ensure efficient management of case files and client needs.
• Provide expert consultation regarding the distribution of assets and assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Maintained up-to-date client files, ensuring proper documentation and organization.
• Communicate with clients during emotionally charged situations with empathy and clarity, offering guidance through difficult legal processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
• Strong background in legal document preparation, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Proficiency in managing client files and organizing complex case information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to clients.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
