• Engage in litigation processes for various cases.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation within the law office.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar association.
• 6-10 years of proven experience in Criminal Defense; Family Law experience is a bonus.
• Strong writing skills with experience in legal drafting required.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct effective legal research.
• Prior experience in a law office setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients.

Education
