Duties:

• Onboard new clients and ensure smooth intake processes
• Represent clients at Meetings of Creditors for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13
• Attend court hearings and advocate on behalf of clients
• Maintain regular communication with clients, courts, and trustees
• Follow up with clients to collect necessary documentation
• Review and analyze petitions, schedules, and financial situations
• Prepare motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Provide strategic legal advice and solutions to clients
• Ensure organization and meticulous attention to detail in managing case files
• Demonstrate a willingness to seek self-improvement and continuous professional development
• Foster a positive and cooperative work environment

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Successful completion of the Bar exam
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new legal practices and technology
• Interest in building a long-term career in bankruptcy law

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Bar of the state of Ohio
