Duties

• Advise clients on project finance and development matters.
• Structure and negotiate limited recourse and structured financings.
• Collaborate with major corporations, private equity, and institutional investors.
• Work with banks and financial institutions on complex transactions.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in project finance, leveraged finance, or related fields.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York or Texas.
