A well-established law firm located in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a motivated attorney to join its business law practice. This role involves working directly with experienced partners on a wide range of transactional matters, including business structuring, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transfers. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates initiative, precision, and a collaborative mindset when handling complex commercial matters.

Duties:

• Draft and negotiate agreements related to business sales, acquisitions, and entity formation

• Oversee transactional due diligence and risk assessment

• Assist with commercial and residential property transfers and real estate documentation

• Provide strategic guidance to clients on structuring deals and managing legal risks

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring alignment on all phases of transactions

• Collaborate closely with partners and staff attorneys to execute legal strategies

• Manage assigned caseload with minimal supervision while contributing to team initiatives

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Arizona in good standing

• Prior experience or strong interest in business and real estate transactions

• Ability to handle tasks independently while also thriving in a team setting

• Comfortable with client interaction and able to deliver solutions-focused counsel

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Arizona State Bar

Skills:

• Exceptional legal research and writing abilities

• Clear and persuasive communication skills

• Familiarity with the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure

• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is highly desirable
