The attorney will handle a broad range of civil matters, including commercial, business, real estate, and probate cases, managing them through all major litigation phases.

Duties

• Handle full-cycle litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, trial preparation, and trial.
• Develop case strategies and evaluate settlement options.
• Draft and argue dispositive and discovery motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear in court for hearings and trials.
• Ensure compliance with procedural rules and deadlines.

Requirements

• Active bar license in California.
• 7-15+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Trial and motion practice experience strongly preferred.
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar license.
