A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for a remote position based in Charleston, SC. The role involves managing foreclosure matters, utilizing legal expertise to support clients through the foreclosure process.

Duties

• Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings.
• Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters, including contested foreclosures.
• Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic and in-person hearings.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate.
• 0+ years of experience preferred.
• Member in good standing of the South Carolina Bar and completion of Rule 403 Certification, or member in good standing of the North Carolina State Bar or another jurisdiction in the firm's footprint of states.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional client service skills.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctorate.

Certifications

• Member in good standing of the South Carolina Bar and completion of Rule 403 Certification, or equivalent.
