Duties

• Manage all aspects of pre-trial discovery and motion practice.
• Conduct thorough case analysis and research.
• Draft legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Work independently and efficiently on assigned cases.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of business/commercial litigation experience.
• Clerkship experience preferred.
• Superior research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Admission to NJ and PA Bars required.
• Experience in NJ and PA civil litigation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
