Duties

• Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to clients.

Requirements

• Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Three years of experience in personal injury litigation or related fields is a plus.
• Knowledge of personal injury law, medical terminology, and civil litigation is beneficial.
• Computer proficiency is essential.

Education

• Bachelor's degree and J.D. degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Ohio.
