A prominent full-service law firm is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Litigation Associate to join its litigation team in Fresno, CA. Location:

Duties:

• Manage all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on complex legal issues.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Lead case management from pre-litigation through trial, including settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
• Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and clients to develop and execute litigation strategies.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior associates and support staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide proactive legal counsel on litigation matters.
• Stay up-to-date on developments in case law and litigation strategies to effectively represent clients.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Proven track record of managing cases from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and legal writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle complex legal matters with minimal supervision.
• Experience in representing clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the State Bar.

Skills:

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
