• Maintain and monitor the patent prosecution docket.

Requirements

• PhD in bioinformatics, virology, molecular biology, or related field.
• Stellar academic credentials.
• Interest in applying scientific experience to IP and patent law.
• Enterprising spirit to build on training received.

Education

• PhD in relevant scientific discipline.

Certifications

• USPTO registration number preferred for Patent Agent title.

Skills

• Previous wet lab experience preferred.
