Winston & Strawn is seeking to hire a Practice Attorney to join our labor & employment practice. In this role,

you may set your own predictable schedule, work reduced hours, and work fully remotely if you want.

You will be an integral member of the group and will gain meaningful experience working with our attorneys and fortune 500 clients.

Labor & Employment Practice Attorneys handle various litigation and counseling projects. Litigation work typically includes legal research, drafting position statements, writing briefs, witness/fact investigations, discovery work, and motion practice. Counseling work typically includes assisting with day-to-day advice such as preparing and/or updating employment policies and manuals for national clients. Note that while this is not a partnership track position, you will work with multiple partners in the group and work on challenging, significant matters.

All candidates must have prior law firm experience, at least three years of prior employment law experience and must be admitted to practice in California, Illinois, New York, North Carolina, or Texas.
