Duties

• Represent financial institutions in various structured finance transactions.
• Engage in asset-backed securitization and structured lending activities.
• Collaborate with team members on complex financial deals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and/or purchasers.
• Interest in securitization, capital markets, private credit, and/or leveraged finance.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Previous large law firm experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York.

Skills
