Regulatory Senior Associate
The candidate should have 8+ years of experience, including leading or acting as the second chair in administrative, siting, and permitting proceedings before the NYS PSC, NYS Siting Board, NYS Office of Renewable Energy Siting, NYS DEC, and other similar agencies. Experience with NYISO tariffs and processes, including the interconnection process, is a plus.
