Associate, Business Tax Services
The candidate will assist in advising clients on a full spectrum of corporate and partnership tax services, including compliance, planning and research. Prepare tax returns for a variety of clients, including corporations, S corporations, partnerships. Participate with accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experience to clients. Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation and/or Masters in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university is needed. Should have 1+ years of recent public accounting and/or corporate tax experience. Knowledge of a broad range of corporate tax matters in various industries are needed. Experience with ASC 740 is preferred. Excellent research and writing skills are needed.
