Duties

• Represent clients in securities and lender liability matters.
• Handle regulatory issues, loan workouts, and foreclosures.
• Engage in class actions and credit card-related cases.
• Work on commercial disputes, business torts, and intellectual property matters.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a top 100 law firm.
• Experience with financial reporting, accounting, and tax matters.
• Civil litigation skills, including shareholder suits and SEC enforcement actions.
• Clerkship experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• North Carolina Bar membership required.

Education

• Strong academic record from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Membership in the North Carolina Bar.
