The candidate will develop and implement a tech roadmap aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. Internal resource and vendor management (telecom, contact center, security, technology services, salesforce). Ensuring a smooth delivery of technology services with a focus on security. Leadership and oversight of data needs for the organization. Technology budgeting, procurement, and asset management. Should have 10+ years of progressively responsible technology experience. Should have 5+ years of leadership experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or experience equivalent is required. Excellent understanding of cloud-based applications and delivering cloud-based services are needed. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization is needed. Experience with Office 365 (Email, Security, and other O365 apps) is required. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to develop and meet deadlines. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills are needed. Excellent analytical and problem-solving experience is required.
