Job Details:

• Focus on estate planning, trust and probate administration, tax matters, guardianships, and commercial and real estate transactions.
• Obtain a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to practice law in Texas.
• Board Certification in Estate Planning and Probate Law, or the desire to obtain the same.
• Proficiency or interest in several of the firm's focus areas.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Relevant coursework or work experience is required.
• Have immediate exposure and hands-on experience with estate planning and administration matters from day one.
• Work with high net-worth families, administer complicated estates, and address tax issues.
