Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation cases, from initial filing to trial or settlement.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
• Manage and organize a personal caseload, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Develop strong case strategies and collaborate with the team on case preparation.
• Participate in the firm’s Trial Academy to continually develop and refine litigation skills.
• Work closely with clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the legal process.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials as required.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to advocating for clients and ensuring equal access to justice.
• Colorado Bar License required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Colorado Bar License (required).

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Proficient in drafting pleadings and legal motions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a legal team.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
