Duties

• Manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Propound and respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue motions related to discovery and dispositive issues.
• Handle mediations and arbitrations.
• Prepare and participate in all trial stages.
• Prepare lay and expert witnesses for testimony.
• Conduct direct and cross-examinations of witnesses.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of trial experience in personal injury litigation.
• Possess a strong background in personal injury, premise liability, wrongful death and catastrophic injuries.
• Proficiency in handling cases involving premises liability, negligent security, and automobile negligence.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
