Provide sophisticated legal counsel on estate planning, tax planning, and business succession.
Advise high-net-worth individuals on trust and estate administration.
Manage complex estate planning matters, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and related documents.
Oversee projects assigned to junior attorneys and ensure high-quality client service.
Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive business development efforts.
Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring timely and effective results.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
Stay current on developments in estate planning, tax law, and related areas.
At least 15 years of experience in estate planning at a law firm.
Extensive experience in estate planning, business succession, and trust and estate administration.
Proven business development skills with a portable book of business (growth potential).
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining responsiveness.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to oversee junior attorneys and staff.
Exceptional attention to detail and client service skills.
Ability to manage complex cases with a high level of professionalism and proficiency.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
