Duties

• Manage a robust caseload in federal and state courts.
• Engage in oral advocacy and court appearances.
• Conduct discovery and motion practice.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Travel occasionally for case-related matters.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California or pending admission.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Experience with class actions and complex litigation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Skills
