Requirements

• 10+ years of sophisticated litigation experience preferred.
• Licensed attorney in good standing with Pennsylvania.
• Experience with commercial real estate, contract disputes, land use, and zoning.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
• Excellent academic record and dedicated work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
