A law firm seeks a mid-senior level associate to join its Real Estate practice in Indianapolis, Indiana. Duties

• Collaborate with partners and associates on complex real estate transactions.
• Provide legal advice from local, regional, national, and global perspectives.
• Manage a variety of transactional matters efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience practicing real estate law.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana.
• Ability to meet minimum billable hourly requirements.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• MBA and/or business experience preferred but not required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in timekeeping software, Intapp Time experience preferred.
