Duties

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant litigation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance defense and complex litigation cases.
• Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Nebraska.
• Focus on client service and responsiveness.
• Produce high-quality, efficient work with attention to detail.
• Communicate complex concepts concisely and effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Take ownership of work and handle cases with minimal oversight.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Nebraska or eligible for licensure.
