Duties

• Handle privacy and security issues under HIPAA/HITECH and state laws.
• Engage in transactional matters such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Draft and negotiate management, license, and lease agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of experience in healthcare law.
• Experience with regulatory and transactional matters in the healthcare industry.
• Superior research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.
