Duties:

• Attend court hearings and trials regularly, ensuring all client matters are addressed.
• Collaborate with team members and manage caseloads effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal procedures and case law in Massachusetts.
• No client generation is required for this role, allowing the attorney to focus on trial work and legal advocacy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of trial experience in Massachusetts District and Superior courts.
• Experience in family law or criminal law trial work is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and courtroom presentation skills.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Massachusetts attorney bar license.

Skills:

• Proven trial experience, especially in family law or criminal law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
