The candidate involves in document review, document management, incoming and outgoing productions, and research related to document recordings and prior cases. Fact gathering, issue spotting in depositions, and application to document searches are also a significant parts of the role. Should have a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA Approved Program. Should have 7+ years of experience within a corporate and commercial Litigation Department or Law Firm and with experience providing trial support in a trial and/or arbitration setting. Working experience in Relativity or similar document review platform and fluent in Trial Director, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, and proficient in legal research (Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, etc.). Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required; strong ability to handle a diverse and large case load; excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify, evaluate and resolve problems; self-motivated, determined and able to work under own initiative.
