Trust and Estate Associate Attorney

They will also be involved in drafting legal documents such as Petitions for Instructions, trust contests, responses, and mediation briefs. A California Bar License is required for this position. Duties:

• Draft trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents.
• Prepare legal documents, including Petitions for Instructions, trust contests, responses, and mediation briefs.
• Assist in discovery processes and contribute to trial preparation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in trust and estate matters.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all drafted documents.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in drafting trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Familiarity with Petitions for Instructions, trust contests, responses, and mediation briefs.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in trust and estate matters.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document drafting.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

California Bar License (Required).
