Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex insurance policies and coverage disputes, advising clients on their rights and obligations.
• Represent clients in litigation related to insurance coverage matters, including drafting and filing legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare detailed reports, memoranda, and correspondence.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Stay informed on developments in insurance law and industry trends to offer up-to-date legal counsel.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverage issues, including professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.
• Proven track record of managing complex insurance coverage disputes and litigation.
• Excellent academic credentials, including a JD from an accredited law school.
• Demonstrated superior research and writing skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
