The Technology Specialist will play a key role in drafting patent applications, corresponding with patent offices, advising on patent litigation matters, and conducting inventor interviews.

Job Duties:

• Draft patent applications for innovative clients, providing detailed descriptions and figures.
• Correspond with patent offices regarding pending patent applications, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Provide technical and scientific expertise to patent litigation teams, offering valuable insights and guidance.
• Conduct interviews with inventors to gather information about new ideas and inventions.

Requirements:

• Hold a PhD in molecular biology, immunology, genetics, or a closely related biotech field.
• Possess 3+ years of experience in patent prosecution, demonstrating a strong understanding of patent law and procedures.
• Showcase superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• Must be registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
