• Represent clients in commercial litigation, particularly within construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors
• Develop and implement strategic case plans, ensuring high standards of client service
• Oversee preparation of case documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Deliver compelling oral and written advocacy in court and arbitration settings
• Collaborate with clients and legal teams to manage cases efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial litigation, ideally with international arbitration exposure
• Expertise in construction, infrastructure, or energy disputes preferred
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Local bar admission required for the office location chosen
• Foreign language proficiency is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
