• Represent clients at mediations, trials, and hearings.
• Assess potential claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients.
• Maintain and update case files in the management system.

Requirements

• Illinois licensed lawyer with 2+ years of personal injury experience.
• Experience in court appearances and arguing motions.
• Proficiency in taking and defending depositions.
• Experience in mediations and settlement conferences.
• Strong drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Trial experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
