• Provide high-quality legal advice in transactional matters, ensuring transparent and client-focused outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively within the legal team, ensuring punctual communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional law.
• Strong leadership and networking abilities, with a proven track record of generating client referrals.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet billable hour expectations.
• Self-driven, growth-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality client services.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in Montana, or in the process of obtaining Montana Bar admission.

Skills:

• Strong legal expertise in transactional law.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership abilities, with experience managing clients and mentoring staff.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to market legal services and bring in clients.
