IT Compliance Manager

Responsibilities: Responsible for assuring that security is a base component of all planning architecture, design, and deployment of the enterprise systems (e.g., application, training, and network infrastructure). Design, implement, maintain, and test security architecture. Define security standards, including access limitations, virus protection, password and login identification parameters, remote access, and system timeouts. Interact with management and staff to provide technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions. Oversee our MDM and Endpoint protection systems to ensure that our devices are secure, up to date, and in line with policies, Create policies and procedures to ensure that our Information Technology architecture is secure and meets client expectations. Conducts routine training sessions for end users on appropriate software and equipment usage. Ensures technology compliance of the group, the technology, and the business to applicable regulatory requirements. Implements the approved company standards for technology across all locations and departments. Consult with department managers to develop system solutions consistent with organizational objectives.
