A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join its Washington, D.C. office. This role involves working on complex patent, trademark, and other IP litigation matters in federal courts across the United States, and potentially before the PTAB or ITC.

Duties

• Conduct written discovery.
• Prepare invalidity and infringement claim charts and contentions.
• Draft briefs and legal documents.
• Participate in depositions.
• Collaborate with experts.
• Engage in trial preparation.
• Handle appellate work.

Requirements

• Two to four years of IP litigation attorney experience.
• Ability to be admitted to the bar in the state of residency.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of residency.
