• Collaborate with colleagues and senior attorneys to develop case strategy.
• Stay current on changes in federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and good-standing membership with the California State Bar.
• 0-3 years of relevant litigation or employment law experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Familiarity with discovery processes and California civil procedure.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership with the California State Bar.
