Duties

• Conduct in-depth consultations to educate clients on estate planning strategies.
• Design comprehensive estate plans to protect client legacies.
• Lead review and signing meetings to ensure client understanding.
• Manage related legal matters, including Probate and Trust Administration.
• Maintain a flexible presence across Northern Utah office locations.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Utah State Bar.
• Previous experience in Estate Planning or Probate preferred.
• Exceptional ability to explain complex legal concepts simply.
• Willingness to travel between regional offices as needed.
• Collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to serve others.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)
