Duties

• Advise clients on capital markets transactions and governance matters.
• Ensure compliance with securities law and SEC disclosure requirements.
• Draft documents and communicate effectively with clients and partners.
• Engage in business development activities.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant capital markets and public company advisory experience.
• Strong document drafting and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact directly with senior partners and clients.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
