Location

Duties

• Represent clients in family law litigation matters, including divorce, custody, support, and property division

• Collaborate with assigned discovery attorneys and forensic CPAs on case strategy and execution

• Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Conduct hearings, depositions, and trials as needed

• Maintain high standards of client service and legal advocacy

• Manage and prioritize a caseload with minimal supervision

• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff

Requirements

• Experience practicing family law (prior litigation experience required)

• Strong attention to detail and work quality

• Ability to manage complex legal issues independently

• Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in California

• Certification as a Family Law Specialist is a plus, but not required
