Duties

• Handle all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including research, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation

• Draft legal memoranda, motions, briefs, and related litigation documents

• Assist with depositions, hearings, and court appearances

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on litigation strategy

• Support efficient case management from inception through resolution

• Maintain high standards of written and oral communication

Requirements

• At least 3 years of litigation experience or equivalent judicial clerkship experience

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal issues in state and federal courts

• Proven excellence in legal analysis, research, and writing

• Ability to work independently and in team environments

• Prior experience at a large law firm or clerkship is preferred

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

• Law Review or journal participation strongly preferred

Certifications

• Active member of the Washington State Bar or ability to obtain promptly
